SimCDN
Have you ever tried to serve a web site only to discover that people far from your server had to wait hundreds of milliseconds to fetch your content? And everyone blamed you for having a slow and broken internet? Did you find that to be a super fun situation? Well, I have good news.
SimCDN hands you the reins of a global content delivery network. Keep users’ latency low, keep their content fresh, and don’t spend too much. And solve one third of computer science’s two hard problems.
It’s more of a game fragment. The mechanic feels almost fun; and I’ll have to write more of a plot for it before calling it done.
